Return & Refund Policy

At JDTHREADZ, we want every piece you wear to hit different. While all our items are made to order and sales are final, we’ll always make it right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.


Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only for the following:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Visible damage or defect upon arrival

All returns must meet these conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags still attached

  • Contact made within 7 days of delivery

Note: All custom or personalized items are final sale unless defective.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at JDThreadzLLC@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) showing the problem

We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days with next steps.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted


Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days once the item has been received and inspected.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
