Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout).

We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package anytime using the link provided in your confirmation.
Delays or Delivery Issues
We partner with trusted carriers, but delays can happen due to weather, high carrier volume, or other unforeseen issues. If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost, please contact us at: JDThreadzLLC@gmail.com

Holiday Shipping Guidelines
The holidays get busy — for you and the carriers. To make sure your order arrives on time, we recommend placing all holiday orders by the following dates:

Express Shipping: Order by December 19
Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time for holiday gifting. While we’ll process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee shipping carrier performance once your package leaves our hands.
